Due to quality-control requirements and the sensitive nature of research compounds, we cannot accept returns on opened or prepared products.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged or incorrect order, contact support within 48 hours of delivery for an expedited replacement.

Refunds
When a refund rather than a replacement is issued, it is returned to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank but typically takes 5–10 business days.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before they enter fulfilment. Once an order has been processed and dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled.
